3D Designer – Surfaces and Reconstruction from Scans
Responsibilities:
Reconstruction of surfaces and solids starting from 3D scans (point clouds or meshes).
Modeling and optimization of complex surfaces (Class A or equivalent) for aesthetic and functional components.
Development of product concepts and design based on aesthetic inputs or technical constraints.
Creation of 2D/3D drawings and preparation of files for production or prototyping.
Direct collaboration with technical and production departments for dimensional checks and project adjustments.
Hard Skills:
Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
Experience in CAD reconstruction from 3D scans (reverse engineering).
Skills in modeling complex surfaces.
Knowledge of 3D technical design software: preferably SolidWorks, Rhinoceros, Alias, Catia, or UG/NX.
Knowledge of reverse engineering tools (Geomagic, PolyWorks, MeshLab, or equivalent).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

職責(zé)：
基于3D掃描數(shù)據(jù)（點(diǎn)云或網(wǎng)格）進(jìn)行曲面與實(shí)體重建。
針對(duì)美學(xué)與功能部件進(jìn)行復(fù)雜曲面建模與優(yōu)化（A級(jí)曲面或同等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）。
基于美學(xué)要求或技術(shù)限制開(kāi)發(fā)產(chǎn)品概念與設(shè)計(jì)方案。
創(chuàng)建2D/3D圖紙并準(zhǔn)備生產(chǎn)或原型制作所需文件。
與技術(shù)及生產(chǎn)部門(mén)直接協(xié)作進(jìn)行尺寸核查與項(xiàng)目調(diào)整。
硬技能：
工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)械工程或同等技術(shù)背景的學(xué)位。
具備基于3D掃描數(shù)據(jù)的CAD重建經(jīng)驗(yàn)（逆向工程）。
精通復(fù)雜曲面建模技術(shù)。
熟練掌握3D技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)軟件：優(yōu)先考慮SolidWorks、Rhinoceros、Alias、Catia或UG/NX。
掌握逆向工程工具（Geomagic、PolyWorks、MeshLab或同類軟件）。
精通Microsoft Office辦公套件。
